UDF well prepared for Piravom by-poll: KPCC

Friday, February 17, 2012: Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) chief Ramesh Chennithala today opined that the UDF is well prepared for the Piravom by-poll.
The general mood of the constituency is in favour of the UDF, he said while addressing the mediapersons here on Friday. Chennithala said he has complete confidence in the voters of the constituency and that the UDF will score a huge win.
The groupism in the Congress will in no way affect the outcome of the Piravom poll, he said here. The by-poll was necessitated by the death of Kerala Congress (J) leader T.M. Jacob.
UDF will be fielding a debutante Anoop Jacob, son of T.M. Jacob.
