MALAPPURAM: CPM State Secretary Pinarayi Vijayan has opined that VS was invited to join the AAP at the behest of one media organisation.
At a press conference held in connection with Kerala Raskha March on Wednesday, he said the media group was making Kejriwal speak out what they wanted him to speak.
Pinarayi alleged that all transfers in the police cadre were done by flouting rules. The attempt is to make police force a playground for group activities of the Congress.
Thiruvananthapuram commissioner was transferred as he had taken a tough stand against blade mafias. “There was sufficient time to order transfer after the Lok Sabha elections, but the fear of losing power after the election forced them rush through the transfer orders,” he added.
