Bomb hurled at RSS leader’s house

KOOTHUPARAMBU:  A bomb was hurled at the house of a RSS leader near Koothuparambu. The bomb was hurled at RSS district prachar pramukh and assistant marketing manager of Janmabhumi daily K B Prajil’s house near the premises of the Mambram higher secondary school. The incident happened past midnight.

The window panes, furniture and door of the house have been damaged. Prajil, his wife and siblings were in the house at the time of the incident.  The miscreants fled by the time the inmates of the house woke up hearing a big noise. CPM activists are behind the incident, alleged the BJP and RSS.

Thalassery ASP T Narayanan, circle inspector K V Babu and sub inspector K Sudhakaran have reached the spot.
