Kerala Strikers players offloaded from flight for misbehavior

KOCHI: Kerala Strikers players proceeding to Hyderabad to partake in the semi-final of the Celebrity Cricket League match to be held on Saturday were offloaded from the flight for misbehavior.  The complaint lodged by the air hostess and pilot of the Indigo Airlines said the team members misbehaved with them.

Just before the flight takes off, passengers are requested to follow the security measures. Some of the team members clapped immediately after the airhostess announced to follow the tips given. Enraged over the incident, the airhostess and the captain asked the players to offload from the flight. Soon after they were offloaded, the pilot lodged a complaint. The authorities are of the opinion that the flight will proceed if the team members apologize.

Meantime, Aji Pattath, in charge of the team, said such a thing has not happened. The players termed the allegations as baseless and said a complaint will be given to the Airport Authority of India and the Indigo flight.
