KOCHI: Twelve persons including seven convicts involved in the TP Chandrasekharan murder case on Friday filed an appeal in Kerala High Court. In the appeal they have said that Kozhikode special court had convicted them without examining evidence and documents properly. In the case, RMP leaders and RSS workers were also made witnesses.
The investigating team in its remand report submitted during different occasions had mentioned that there were not witnesses in the case. It was then that RMP leaders were presented as witnesses, they alleged in the appeal.
