KOZHIKODE: Kozhikode Medical College Forensic department head Dr Sherly Vasu has said that injuries found on the late Radha’s body was due to rape.
She was interacting with the media after inaugurating the health awareness programme of Kozhikode Bar association on Wednesday.
She said 11 expert doctors had conducted post-mortem on the body of Radha , who was a sweeper in a Congress bloc office. “The final autopsy report was prepared after 4-hr discussion and time was not ripe to give the full details. The 11 doctors are ready to give statements in the court,” she added.
Meanwhile, the investigation team is of the opinion that it is not a case of rape. And, the doctor’s new revelation has added more mystery to the case.
