KOZHIKODE: BJP state president V Muraleedharan Monday said they are ready to cooperate with Kerala Congress (Mani). However, the Kerala Congress is not keen for an alliance with the BJP.
Muraleedharan informed his stand in an interview to a private channel. The BJP is not of the stand that one should not cooperate with the party if a person from that party is corrupted, he said.
There is no change in BJP’s stance on the allegations leveled against Mani. However, the Kerala Congress as a whole should not be seen unacceptable. The party is ready to cooperate with any other parties except Congress, CPM and the Muslim League. But those parties should come out of the UDF or the LDF, he said.
Chances are more in cooperating with the Kerala congress in southern districts including Thiruvananthapuram.
