NEW DELHI: In a petition filed in the Supreme Court, Chandrabose murder case accused Muhammed Nisham has complained that he has been subjected to severe custodial torture. In his petition, he has also asked the Supreme Court to transfer the trial of his case to some other court outside Kerala.
Meanwhile, the government’s advocate was not present in the court when the case was being considered on Friday. The court also questioned about the absence of the government attorney.
